A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Trusts, Estates & Wealth Transfer Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and trust administration matters.

Ideal Background

• 3–6 years of trusts & estates, estate planning, or wealth transfer experience

• Experience with estate planning, wealth transfer planning, trust administration, probate matters, and estate administration

• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, fiduciaries, family offices, and charitable organizations preferred

• Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, gifting strategies, wealth transfer vehicles, charitable planning documents, and related estate planning documents

• Experience with gift, estate, generation-skipping transfer, and income tax planning matters preferred

• Strong drafting, analytical, client counseling, and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Washington bar admission required or ability to become admitted
