Associate PCC within Optum

Location: Optum Poughkeepsie Oakwood Location

2507 South Rd, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay: $19/hr

The position supports front desk operations for a clinical team of 7, handling patient check-in, copay and balance collections, and managing Epic workqueues.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Check in patients
• Provide customer service to patients and visitors
• Collect copays and outstanding balances
• Manage and clear Epic workqueues

The ideal candidate has:

• Strong customer service skills
• Comfort and accuracy handling money/payment collection

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service
• Dependability
