What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in delivering our Executive Physical experience—combining clinical expertise with exceptional patient care.
Ultrasound & Diagnostic Excellence
Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams with precision and attention to detail
Capture clear, accurate images to support diagnosis and treatment planning
Adjust and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
Patient Experience Comes First
Welcome patients and guide them through their visit with confidence and care
Prepare patients for procedures including ultrasounds, EKGs, Wavi brain scans, and blood draws
Ensure comfort, safety, and trust throughout every interaction
Team-Based, Cross-Functional Care
Work side-by-side with providers, MAs, and clinical staff to deliver seamless care
Assist with a range of clinical duties including:
Vitals, phlebotomy, EKGs
Spirometry, ABI testing, allergy testing
Room prep, stocking, and maintaining clinical spaces
Step into Medical Assistant responsibilities when not performing ultrasounds—this is a key part of the role
Operational & Clinical Support
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
Support clinic flow, jump in where needed, and help solve problems in real time
Assist with outbound calls during downtime to help grow our patient community

Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program
ARDMS certification preferred
Prior experience as an Ultrasound Technician is a plus
Strong technical ability with ultrasound equipment
Excellent communication and patient care skills
