Must have prior front gate at a residential community – ABDI required

$16.00 - $18.00 p/hr

Responsibilities:

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible


• Resolve and assist customers in all inquiries 


• Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner


• Receive incoming telephone or alarm system calls regarding emergency and non-emergency situations


• Monitor and operate security video system to observe and detect potential issues


• Other duties may be required

Qualifications:

• Security D License Required


• FL Driver's License Required


• 1 Year Security Experience


• ABDI required


• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
