Duties:

• Conduct scheduled patrols at the Denver Decommissioned Site (Clermont Campus), focusing on maintaining a secure perimeter and monitoring doors and access points for signs of tampering or unauthorized entry.
• Operate within the observe-and-report protocol, alerting VA Police or local authorities to any suspicious or criminal activities detected on-site.
• Perform intrusion alarm monitoring, responding within 20 minutes to any activated alarm and immediately reporting potential criminal activity.
• Keep detailed patrol logs, documenting each round and any unusual activity or incidents, including any unsecure doors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with previous security experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and meet Colorado state security qualifications.
• Observational skills with a focus on attention to detail and timely incident reporting.
