We are immediately hiring for competent part-time unarmed/armed Security Field Specialists to undertake the physical security of our locations. You will be responsible for access control, physical security, detecting any suspicious behavior, customer service and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of customer service skills and desire. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our people and facilities safe and secure while delivering world-class customer service. The schedule includes weekends and some flexibility.

The ideal candidate must be willing to work weekends and be flexible. This position will have various job assignments over the course of the month.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance of people into the property


• Investigate people for suspicious activity and possessions of weapons


• Provide excellent assistance to patients and guests in need of care


• Submit a very detailed activity report of key performance indicators

Skills

• World class customer service skills


• Familiarity with report writing


• Excellent surveillance and observation skills


• FL Class D Security License is required (UNARMED)


• FL Class G Security License is required (ARMED)


• High School diploma or GED is required


• Ability to stand or walk for up to 6 hours per shift
