Delco Storm & Sewer Services has been delivering reliable sewer and stormwater solutions across Delaware County for decades. We're expanding our underground division and looking for experienced Underground Utility Technicians to join our elite team.

About the Role:

This role involves the installation, repair, and replacement of underground sanitary and storm sewer systems using both traditional and trenchless methods. You’ll work as part of a highly skilled crew on residential, commercial, and municipal projects with a commitment to safety, precision, and efficiency.

• Installing and repairing underground storm and sanitary sewer systems
• Performing trenchless sewer replacements (pipe bursting, cured-in-place pipe lining, etc.)
• Operating excavation and compaction equipment safely and effectively
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and utility maps
• Assisting with site prep, trenching, backfilling, and restoration
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Minimum 2 years of underground utility experience (sanitary & storm sewer)
• Knowledge of trenchless repair and replacement methods
• Plumbing experience a plus
• Familiarity with hand tools, excavation equipment, and pipe-laying techniques
• OSHA 30 Certification and Confined Space Training strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
