Job Summary:

The Unit Public Affairs Representative will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a positive image of Jonesbororealtycompany within the community. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for all public relations and community outreach efforts for the company's various units. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of public relations and marketing strategies, and a passion for community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote the company's various units and initiatives.

Serve as the main point of contact for all media inquiries and coordinate interviews and press releases.

Plan and execute community outreach events, such as open houses and charity events.

Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets, community organizations, and key stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide reports to management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials and social media content.

Act as a liaison between the company and the community, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in public relations and community outreach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, community outreach, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of public relations and marketing strategies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Passion for community involvement and building relationships.

Real estate industry experience is a plus.
