Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Unit Public Affairs Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our company's image and maintaining positive relationships with the public and media. You will also be responsible for coordinating and executing various public relations and community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote the company's image and enhance its reputation

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and coordinate interviews and statements from company executives

- Plan and organize community events, such as open houses, charity drives, and neighborhood clean-ups

- Establish and maintain relationships with local community organizations and leaders to enhance the company's presence and reputation

- Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials to the media and public

- Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports for management

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in public relations and community outreach

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or community outreach, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

- Knowledge of media relations and crisis management

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
