Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Unit Public Affairs Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all public relations and communications for our company's units. This includes managing media relations, creating and distributing press releases, and coordinating events and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to promote our company's units.

Manage media relations by building and maintaining relationships with key media outlets.

Write and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets.

Coordinate and plan events and promotions to increase visibility and awareness of our units.

Monitor and respond to any media inquiries or negative publicity.

Create and maintain a positive public image for our company's units.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Track and report on the success of public relations efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in public relations or communications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
