Position: Unit Public Affairs Representative

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation

- Act as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and coordinate responses with the appropriate departments

- Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials

- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for management

- Plan and organize company events and community outreach programs

- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, government officials, and local organizations

- Manage the company's social media presence and create engaging content to promote our brand and services

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential communication opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or a similar role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in social media management and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices

- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus

- Familiarity with the real estate industry is preferred

- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
