As our Member Experience Consultant (MXC), you'll build relationships, solve problems, and help members feel confident about their financial decisions. Through every interaction, you'll help make banking easier, more personal, and more helpful for the people we serve.

Some people process transactions. Others create experiences that keep members coming back. 

What You'll Be Helping With

This role includes the everday banking responsibilities you'd expect, but the impact goes well beyond completing transactions. You'll:

  Build relationships with members and help them navigate their financial needs.

   Open accounts, process transactions, and assist with a variety of service requests.

  Identify opportunities to connect members with products and services that may improve their financial well-being.

  Resolve problems, answer questions, and take ownership of helping members find solutions.

  Deliver service that is professional, accurate, and genuinely helpful.
