Universal Member Service Representative

Earn $20.00-$22.00/hour + incentives while creating positive member experiences through friendly, knowledgeable service. Credit Union of New Jersey is looking for a motivated and member-focused Universal Member Service Representative to join our Hamilton, NJ branch.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members with a smile while providing friendly, professional service during each interaction.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine financial transactions.
• Listen to members’ needs and recommend credit union products and services that support their financial goals.
• Educate members on available solutions while identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma required or general education degree (GED); plus two to five years related experience and 12 months' experience in a sales/service role within the financial services industry or other types of retail businesses.
• Strong analytical abilities, highly motivated, goal oriented, excellent member service skills, good communicator, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work rotating Saturdays
• Bilingual preferred
