Opening at the beginning of 2027, we are now looking to hire and begin training our next great Leadership Team, Now! Training will take place at the Culvers in Idaho Falls, 946 Pancheri Dr.

Once we open, buckle up, it will be a ride! What an exciting opportunity to be apart of!

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the store with attention to detail
• Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales effectively
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff to build a motivated team
• Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service
• Maintain financial and statistical records to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Prepare promotional displays and coordinate with management
