Join our Lithia Springs clinic as a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C), working 13–15 shifts per month. You'll provide high-quality urgent care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with clinical autonomy, strong team support, and flexible scheduling. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries
Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and wound care
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays, laboratory testing, and 12-lead EKGs
Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Georgia regulations and clinical protocols
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR and AI-enabled charting tools
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
Current FNP or PA-C certification, as applicable
Graduate degree from an accredited NP or PA program
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to perform common urgent care procedures within scope of practice
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-service skills
2+ years of NP or PA clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
Urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
$10,000 sign-on bonus
