Job description includes assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and eating
Providing companionship
Performing light housekeeping
Preparing meals
Reminding clients to take medications
Transporting them to appointments
Documenting vital signs and any changes in condition for their care plan
