 Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage disorders of the genitourinary tract.


• Supervise advanced practice providers, including PAs and NPs.


• Participate in hospital call rotation (1:4) and cross-coverage.


• Collaborate across ancillary services such as physical therapy, imaging, and labs.
  
  


• Engage in strategic practice development, including supervision of clinical and administrative staff, understanding coding and collections, and contributing to overall growth.
  
  


• Support marketing initiatives and physician outreach.
  
  


• Be open to working at multiple locations as the practice continues to expand.
