- OR Time: 2 -3 days

- May include 1 -2 days/month outreach to Wisconsin Rapids

• Call Schedule:

- Wausau: 7 -10 days/month (incl 1 weekend)

• Call Type: Beeper

• Call Response Time: 30 mins

• Patient Demographics: Adults

• Admissions Required: Yes

• Rounding Included: Yes

• Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 APPs, 1 Office Staff

• Required Procedures: General Urology

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Epic

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

• Temporary Privileges available: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active WI License or willing to obtain

• BC in Urology

• BLS

• Fellowship
