Board: BC/BE
Licenses: Licensed in IN or IMLC
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, ABLS
Fellowship: Required

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient urology services during week -long blocks.
Perform required urological procedures and surgeries.
Manage beeper call with a 30 -minute response time.
Care for a daily patient volume averaging 8 patients.
Document patient encounters in Epic EMR.
