As part of our dynamic legal team, you\u2019ll work alongside U.S. attorneys and Business Immigration Analysts in a high-performing, fast-paced, and tech-enabled environment that prioritizes innovation and client service.\n\nAs a Manager, Business Immigration Paralegal, you will lead client service delivery for key accounts, supervise and mentor team members, and play a pivotal role in optimizing immigration programs through data, process improvement, and technology. \n\nWe are proud to be affiliated with Vialto Partners\u2014the world\u2019s first tech-enabled, people-first global mobility company\u2014enabling integrated collaboration across immigration, tax, business travel, compensation, and remote work compliance.\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are seeking a Manager, Business Immigration Paralegal to lead the execution and oversight of U.S. employment-based immigration services for global corporate clients. In this role, you will manage a team of analysts, support attorneys in high-stakes client engagements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across immigration processes, team operations, and client strategy.\n\nAs a manager you will:\n\n * Oversee day-to-day casework delivery for client accounts, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with immigration law and internal quality standards.\n\n * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Immigration Analysts and Senior Associates through regular feedback, performance evaluations, and ongoing mentorship.\n\n * Provide strategic guidance on immigration processes, timelines, compliance risks, and regulatory changes, in collaboration with supervising attorneys.\n\n * Supervise preparation and review of complex U.S. employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status filings.\n\n * Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance case management, reporting, automation, and service delivery.\n\n * Use immigration technology platforms to drive data transparency, reporting accuracy, and operational consistency across case portfolios.\n\n * Conduct training sessions on immigration regulations, best practices, and internal procedures to upskill team members and foster knowledge-sharing.\n\n * Monitor legal, policy, and procedural updates and ensure timely implementation across clients and internal processes.\n\n * Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across immigration, tax, and HR functions through Vialto Partners\u2019 integrated mobility ecosystem.\n\n * Promote and model the firm\u2019s values of empathy, excellence, accountability, and integrity in all client and team interactions.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Minimum of 6 years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration, including team leadership or supervisory experience.\n\n * Paralegal certificate or university degree required, advanced credentials a plus.\n\n * Demonstrated success managing client portfolios and supervising high-volume immigration casework.\n\n * Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n\n * Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.\n\n * Technologically proficient, with a strong interest in leveraging automation and data analytics to drive immigration program performance.\n\n * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and diplomatically to clients and internal teams.\n\n * Familiarity with Vialto Law\u2019s tech-forward mobility ecosystem Vialto\u2019s myMobility mobile app, Mobility Moments, Mobility Brand, and related digital tools) is a plus.\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n * Regular / Full Time\n\n * San Diego Office: 1420 Kettner Blvd., San Diego, CA 92101 \n\n * Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 - 5 days in the office\n\n * Compensation Range: $71,000 - $120,000\n\n\n\n\n \nCompensation is determined based on geographic location, years of relevant experience, education, and overall qualifications.\n\nWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
