leader in diagnostics and biotechnology, is looking for a "US
Medical Systems Analytics & Reporting Specialist” based out of South
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).

Pay Rate : $87/hr on W2

Seeking a Systems,
Analytics & Reporting Specialist to support the Medical Education &
Communication team. This role will lead system optimization, analytics,
reporting, and process automation while partnering with cross -functional
stakeholders to improve data -driven decision -making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage
  and optimize systems, platforms, and reporting infrastructure
  
• Lead
  system transitions, implementations, and user adoption initiatives
  
• Develop
  dashboards, analytics, and automated reporting solutions using Salesforce,
  Tableau/Qlik, and Google tools
  
• Analyze
  organizational and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and
  actionable insights
  
• Automate
  manual processes to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
  
• Conduct
  data audits and maintain compliance with internal policies and workflows
  
• Provide
  user training, technical support, and documentation for systems and
  reporting processes
  
• Collaborate
  cross -functionally with business and technical stakeholders
  

Qualifications:

• 5+
  years of experience in systems administration, business analytics,
  reporting, or related roles
  
• Advanced
  experience with Salesforce, Tableau/Qlik, and Google Workspace
  
• Strong
  understanding of Medical Affairs/Medical Information operations in pharma
  or biotech
  
• Proven
  project management and stakeholder management experience
  
• Strong
  analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills
