US Recruiter / Remote

Career Land Center Company is looking for motivated and results-driven recruiters to join our growing recruitment team.

This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy working with people, managing a large candidate pipeline, and finding qualified candidates for hospitality, SPA, and healthcare positions across the Middle East.

We are open to both experienced recruiters and fresh graduates with an HR or recruitment background. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit candidates for hospitality, SPA, and healthcare positions.


• Work with candidates already available in our CRM database.


• Source and headhunt new candidates through different channels.


• Screen candidates and evaluate their suitability for available positions.


• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


• Maintain and update candidate information in the CRM.


• Manage multiple candidates and vacancies at the same time.


• Follow up with candidates regularly and keep the recruitment pipeline active.


• Coordinate with the recruitment team to move qualified candidates through the hiring process.


• Learn and understand international recruitment procedures, including overseas hiring and visa-related processes.


• Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pool.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, HR, sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.


• Fresh graduates with an HR or recruitment background are welcome to apply.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone and messaging platforms.


• Able to manage a high volume of candidates and daily tasks.


• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.


• Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new recruitment tools.


• Willingness to learn about overseas recruitment and visa processes.


• Strong follow-up skills and a results-oriented mindset.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
