Kool Chevrolet is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Used Car Sales Consultant to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan!

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is eager to build a successful career in automotive sales. Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or a strong background in customer service and sales, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  Assist customers in finding pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs, preferences, and budgets.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrate vehicle features, answer questions, and conduct test drives.

  
  


• 
  

  Stay knowledgeable about our used vehicle inventory, pricing, and available options.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with sales management and other dealership departments to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.

  Meet individual sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Friendly, professional attitude with a customer-first approach.

  Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
