In this role, you'll be integral to our service department, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing pre-owned vehicles to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Diagnostics and Repair: Utilize your expertise to diagnose, maintain, and repair used vehicles with high proficiency, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our team of skilled technicians, service advisors, and parts department to streamline workflow and deliver exceptional service.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to explain diagnoses, maintenance procedures, and repair recommendations, providing excellent service and building trust and loyalty.
• Documentation: Accurately document service procedures and maintain records in compliance with dealership and regulatory standards.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all maintenance and repair tasks to uphold our dealership's reputation for quality workmanship.
• Flexibility: Maintain flexibility in your work schedule to meet the needs of our service department, including working weekends as needed.
• Reconditioning Inspections: Utilize vast knowledge of all makes and models to perform inspections on used vehicles undergoing reconditioning.
• Efficient Reconditioning: Work together with the Used Car Manager to expedite the reconditioning process and get vehicles ready for sale as quickly as possible.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Possess 1+ years of mechanical experience, with a proven track record of excellence in vehicle diagnostics and repair.
• Driving Record: Maintain a good driving record, reflecting safe and responsible driving habits.
• Attention to Detail: Exhibit strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in all tasks.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, based on dealership needs and your availability.
• Efficiency and Accuracy: Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
