What You’ll Do

As a Light Duty Technician, you’ll perform routine maintenance and light mechanical repairs while helping ensure every vehicle is serviced safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance
• Complete brake, battery, tire, and other light mechanical repairs
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify needed maintenance or repair concerns
• Assist with basic diagnostic work and troubleshooting
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Document work performed and communicate findings clearly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, technicians, and other team members
• Participate in training and development opportunities to continue building technical skills

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive service, repair, quick lube, or technical experience preferred
• Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical ability
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
