What do we expect from you?

Minimum experience of 2 years developing Front technology

Hard Skills:

â Extensive knowledge in low, medium and high fidelity prototyping;

â Basic knowledge in Design System;

â Domain of Figma, XD, Miro, Photoshop and Illustrator tools;

â Knowledge of Powerpoint;

â Knowledge in data visualization;

â Knowledge in business discovery.

Differential:

â Video editing and knowledge in After Effects;

â Have prior experience with analytical data visualization;

â Have prior experience with Power Bi, Tableau, Spotfire and others.

Soft Skills:

â Self -management;

â Conflict resolution;

â Flexibility;

â Proactivity.

Responsibilities and Attributions

â Conduct kickoffs and Discovery of projects in the Data Science area;

â Development of prototypes for dashboards in low, medium and high fidelity;

â Development of presentations and internal communication pieces;

â Carry out qualitative and quantitative research;

â Usability tests with users;

â Support in the planning of the unit's events;

â Creation and improvement of internal process flows;

â Creation and conduction of dynamics and new work processes;
