The ideal candidate should display a strong aptitude for hospitality, networking, and client interaction. Excellent organizational skills, ability to effectively prioritize tasks, and knowledge of the gallery and/or museum business are expected.

Compensation: 

$12.00 an hour

Essential Functions:

• Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
• Accommodate guests by being courteous and open car doors. 
• Direct traffic in the parking area is needed, and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot or ramp.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
• Retrieve  cars for guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• A high  school diploma or the equivalent is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License in Good Standing.
• Must have the ability to multitask.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Positive Attitude.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.

Physical Demands:

• Frequently standing, walking, driving, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.

Working Conditions:

• Indoor and/or outdoor.
• Exposure to extreme heat and cold depends on the season and location.
• Potential  exposure to naturally occurring environmental factors such as wind, rain, etc.
