This role involves managing sales operations, developing strategies to drive van sales growth, and working closely with customers to meet their transportation needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the van sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the commercial van market.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fleet clients, and business partners.


• Provide product knowledge training and support to sales staff.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


• Coordinate with marketing and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience.


• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

• Proven experience in selling vans, preferably within the automotive industry.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.


• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.


• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.


• Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz vehicle lineup is a plus.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
