JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified
Licenses: Active OH License
DEA: Active DEA Certification
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Self -Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in an inpatient hospital setting.
Perform consults and manage cardiovascular surgery patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including surgeons, nurses, and support staff.
Document patient encounters and clinical data in Epic EMR.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards.
