Responsibilities

Understands vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities and features.
Demonstrates vehicles and explains warranty and service programs.
Delivers vehicle to the customer by providing a comprehensive review of all the features to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Monitors manufacturer products and offerings on new units.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company/manufacturer.

The Delivery Specialist serves customers by introducing and walking them through their newly purchased vehicle's features and programs. The Specialist is the last point of contact for the customer ensuring they are completely satisfied with their purchase and capable of operating all accompanying features

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays

Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred

Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be goal-driven and have a strong desire to succeed.

Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve

Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
