The Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and managing labor and material vendors nationwide. A successful candidate is cheerful and proactive in sourcing vendors in current and new geographic regions across multiple trades. The Vendor Coordinator must be a motivated, self-started professional, and ready to take their career to the next level. 

What you’ll do….

• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors nationwide
• Manage subcontractor and supplier communications
• Manage subcontractor onboarding process
• Collaborate with Project Directors, Estimators, and local supply houses to source subcontractors and materials projects based on geographic location 
• Maintain subcontractor and supplier information in the company's database 
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required 

What you’ll need…

• Associate degree in any related field or three (3) or more years of experience in sourcing and vendor management or a combination of both. Preferably within the construction industry but not required
• Demonstrate experience and skills in vendor management software
• Business and vehicle insurance experience
• Heavy emphasis on sourcing and vendor management
• Attention to detail is a must
• Strong negotiation skills
• Solid judgment along with decision-making skills
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Knowledge of municipal permitting processes
