Join the exciting BlueTeam! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to help us build a vendor review process. The Vendor Support Intern will be responsible for evaluating our vendor database to assess and determine markets’ needs as well as conduct a competitive analysis for different regions and cities.

What you’ll do….

• Evaluate current vendor database and build a specific and enhanced vendor database using Better Business Review Ratings, Google ratings, company address evaluations, and competitive analysis
• Conduct market vendor research for specific regions and cities
• Develop an outsourcing script to establish an internal response rating
• Work with the team to identify areas of improvement in the vendor review process
• Maintain accurate records of vendor evaluations and responses
• Use search engines and AI tools to data mine internet for localized list of vendors by major city
• Perform other duties and assignments as required

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Programming a plus
  • Ability to leverage technology
• Education and Experience
  • Junior or senior student currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, data science, computer science, or a related field
  • Experience in sourcing and vendor management, or a combination of both a plus
  • Experience in vendor management software a plus
