Who We Are
LePar Animal Hospital has been proudly serving Evergreen Park, Oak Lawn, and the south Chicagoland area since 1948 and we’re still growing! We’re looking for talented veterinary technicians and assistants to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to pets and their people.

We’re a privately owned, full-service, 8-doctor small animal hospital practicing progressive, integrative medicine. Our services go beyond the basics, offering both conventional and alternative therapies, including:

• Digital radiography (including dental)


• Ultrasound


• In-house CBC and chemistry analyzers


• Chemotherapy


• Soft tissue & orthopedic surgery


• Acupuncture, chiropractic care, PRP & stem cell therapy

We’re equipped with state-of-the-art tools like LigaSure, a plasma sterilizer, SmartFlow, Vet-Tome, doppler, Cubex, and more.

Who We're Looking For
You're energetic, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in excellent patient care and believe in strengthening the human-animal bond. Whether you’re an experienced veterinary technician or assistant or a recent tech school graduate, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Use or develop your entire skill set including but not limited to gentle and effective patient restraint, filling prescriptions, topical and oral medication administration, assisting with x-rays, and client education. 


• Use or develop skills such as blood drawing, IV catheter placement, anesthesia induction and monitoring, surgery prep and nursing, x-ray positioning, emergency procedures, and client education.
  


• Develop new skills in a nurturing environment.


• Follow Fear Free protocols to reduce stress and ensure patient comfort


• Help create a supportive, team-driven culture where learning and positivity are the norm

Some evening and Saturday availability required.

• $16–$20/hr based on experience
