Veterinary Phone Operator

• Answering incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner
• Providing information and support to clients
• Taking detailed information from callers, and relaying messages to appropriate staff member
• Transferring calls to appropriate staff member/department
• Scheduling appointments for all clients, ensuring correct information is obtained
• Establishing and promoting A+ relationships with clients and referring veterinarians

• 1-year preferred experience in a client service role
• Excellent communication skills are expected as you will act as a liaison between the clients and the clinical staff
• Organized
• Multi-tasker

• Proactive and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Empathy and compassion for our clients
• Ability to be discreet and professional when appropriate
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community

• Wednesday – Saturday, 10AM – 8:30PM
