We’re a brand-new, independently owned veterinary clinic open 7 days a week, and we’re searching for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to complete our team! If you’re passionate about client care, thrive under pressure, and love being part of a supportive and communicative team, we’d love to meet you.

About Us: We’re a small but dedicated team committed to the well-being of pets in our community. We believe in teamwork, clear communication, and building strong, lasting relationships with our clients and their furry family members. Our clinic is located right next to a vibrant Sunday farmers market, and our team enjoys an hour-long lunch break—perfect for taking it all in.

The Role:

We’re looking for a receptionist who:

• Has veterinary front desk experience
  
• Is proficient or familiar with Idexx Neo (a plus but not required!)
  
• Enjoys interacting with clients in person and over the phone
  
• Can manage a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  
• Understands that reception is the first and last impression of our clinic
  
• Values teamwork, kindness, and professionalism
  

* Please note this job is in-person in El Sobrante*

Schedule:

• Thursdays through Sundays
  
• Four 10-hour shifts
  
• Sundays include time to enjoy the local farmers market on your lunch break!
