What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling
- Support patient check-in and check-out processes
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly
- Provide exceptional customer service and client support
- Assist with daily front desk operations and workflow
- Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit
