- Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts

What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple phone lines and assist clients with scheduling appointments
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Support patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with daily front desk operations and workflow management
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction
