Location: 4197 E Bristol Rd, Oakford, PA 19053

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $24-$30/hr

Schedule: FT - Monday through Saturdays (alternating Friday/Saturdays)

As a member of the VCA team, you will support Technician and Doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. You’ve worked hard for your credentials (CVT, RVT, LVT) and we want you to use the knowledge that you’ve invested your time and talent in. •  Physical examinations and patient assessment 
• Anesthesia monitoring

In the supervisor’s role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

• Directing work flow on the floor
•  Assists in the educational development of technicians and their skills 
• Help with the interview process for potential new hires 
• Technician Scheduling 
• Assists in staffing and coverage where needed 
• Assists in basic protocol and standard procedure training 
• Provide opportunities for staff to gain more firsthand experience 
• Mentoring technicians within the department 
• Working with department doctors to develop protocols to improve the service 
• Ensure that VCA polices, guidelines, and recommendations are implemented by all members of the technical staff.
