Bushburg Properties Inc. is a fast-moving real estate and property operations company focused on modernizing how properties are managed, marketed, and experienced. We combine practical operations with creative technology to streamline workflows, improve tenant experiences, and build smarter internal systems.

We are looking for a Vibe Coder — someone who blends software skills, AI-assisted development, design instincts, automation thinking, and startup energy into rapid execution.

Position Overview

As a Vibe Coder at Bushburg Properties Inc., you’ll build lightweight tools, automate repetitive tasks, prototype ideas quickly, and help transform day-to-day property operations through technology.

This is not a traditional corporate developer role.

We want someone who can:

You’ll work closely with leadership, operations teams, marketing, and vendors to turn ideas into working products.

What You’ll Do

Build Internal Tools

• Create dashboards, portals, and lightweight apps for property operations

• Build tenant-facing and staff-facing workflows

• Develop automations for leasing, maintenance tracking, onboarding, and reporting

AI & Automation

• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development

• Integrate AI workflows into operations

• Automate repetitive admin tasks using APIs, scripts, and no-code/low-code platforms

• Experiment with AI-assisted customer service and document processing

Rapid Prototyping

• Turn ideas into prototypes within days, not months

• Test concepts quickly and iterate based on feedback

• Create MVPs for operational and marketing initiatives

Creative Tech Support

• Collaborate with marketing on digital experiences

• Improve website functionality and property presentation tools

• Build interactive tools, calculators, forms, and internal utilities

Systems Thinking

• Identify inefficiencies across operations

• Recommend scalable solutions

• Document workflows and improve team productivity
