Video Course Author (Technical)

LearnToProgram is a leading publisher of web, mobile and game development courses that are used by individuals and companies worldwide.  Based outside of Hartford, Connecticut, the LearnToProgram team is dedicated to teaching more people to program than any other company on the face of the Earth.  Our authors are among the most experienced in the field-- and they have one important thing in common:  LearnToProgram authors consider themselves teachers first and technical experts second.  The primary skill of a LearnToProgram author is communication-- and you will always find our courses easy to understand and easy to complete.

Are you a teacher at heart? Can you explain technical topics so just about anybody can understand?

We are seeking part-time instructors to author and lead the following courses (and more):

• Intermediate/Advanced Python
• Intermediate/Advanced Android
• Intermediate/Advanced Java
• Intermediate/Advanced iOS
• Beginning 3D with Blender
• Unity Game Development
• Javascript Game Development
• Beginning/Intermediate/Advanced Dreamweaver
• ....many Others

You will author courses in the following formats:
-Self Paced Video / Instructor Supported
-Online Instructor Led

For top authors there will also be opportunities for:
- Traditional classroom instructor led training
- Published books (These are published by a major publisher-- not self-published) 

• You must have technical experitse in the area that you are authoring
• You must speak clear and understandable English
• You must have strong written communication skills
• You must be comfortable recording your voice in to a microphone and/or appearing on camera

Hiring Process:

3) Sign your NDA and publishing contract and start work!
