Schedule video conferences using Cisco TelePresence Management Suite, also known as TMS.
Respond to VTC system outages and take appropriate action to reroute services or use available failover and backup capabilities to meet VTC client needs.
Conduct remote and on -site site surveys to determine requirements for new VTC system installations, upgrades, or new VTC system deployments.
Support on -site VTC installations, including assisting with network device configurations, equipment installation, equipment setup, configuration, and system check -out.
Communicate effectively with co -workers, management, and customers to ensure technical issues are resolved accurately and professionally.
Experience providing Tier I and Tier II customer support for VTC systems.
Ability to troubleshoot VTC issues, support conference operations, and assist with system installations.
Strong customer service, communication, and technical coordination skills.
Experience with Cisco TelePresence Management Suite is strongly preferred.
Prior experience supporting mission -critical VTC environments is a plus.
Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment, including a calculator, copy machine, computer, and printer.
Must be able to frequently communicate with co -workers, management, and customers, including exchanging accurate information and potentially delivering presentations.
