VIP Salesperson

 Do you enjoy building relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused VIP Salesperson to join our dealership team. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with existing customers visiting our Service Department, helping them explore vehicle upgrade opportunities while guiding them through a seamless and enjoyable purchasing experience. Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for vehicle upgrades, trade-ins, and new vehicle purchases.
• Assess customer needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their lifestyle, budget, and driving needs.
• Maintain consistent communication through phone, text, email, and in-person follow-up.
• Deliver an exceptional VIP customer experience by providing personalized service and professional communication.
• Partner with Service Advisors, Sales Managers, and Finance to provide a seamless transition throughout the purchase process.
• Accurately document customer interactions and opportunities within the dealership CRM.
• Achieve individual sales, customer satisfaction, and retention goals.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current vehicle inventory, manufacturer incentives, financing programs, and dealership promotions.

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish lasting customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Experience using CRM software or other customer management systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and available to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends

Pay: $50,000- $100,000 per year
