In this role, you will connect with customers through strong verbal and written communication skills, driving renewal opportunities, and collaborating with field teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.\n\n \n\nWork model, sponsorship, relocation: \nAt Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.\n\n \n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n\u2022 Identify expiring service contracts and warranties to initiate the sales renewal process. \n\u2022 Uncover and qualify opportunities to increase the capture rate across the capital equipment portfolio. \n\u2022 Generate and create accurate, competitive quotes for service contract renewals. \n\u2022 Collaborate with Regional Managers, Territory Managers, and National Accounts Managers to identify key decision-makers and strategize sales approaches. \n\u2022 Ensure executed agreements are received, processed, and documented according to company policies. \n\u2022 Provide weekly updates to management on sales progress, at-risk accounts, and sales forecasts. \n\u2022 Record and maintain accurate data on sales opportunities, interactions, and contract details within Salesforce.com.\n\n \n\nQualifications:\n\nRequired qualifications: \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in business or a related field, plus a minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in sales or inside sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. \n\u2022 Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals while meeting or exceeding established sales quotas. \n\u2022 Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills. \n\u2022 Demonstrated experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and effective time management. \n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. \n\u2022 Self-motivated with high energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic. \n\u2022 Ability to quickly learn new products, programs, and processes. \n\u2022 Proven ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. \n\u2022 Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention through timely and professional issue resolution. \n\u2022 Consistent demonstration of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with company values.\n\n \n\nPreferred qualifications: \n\u2022 Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce. \n\u2022 Previous experience in the medical device industry.\n\nRequisition ID: 629151\n\nMinimum Salary: $43368\n\nMaximum Salary: $73736\n\nThe anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) \u2013 see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com\u2014will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
