Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Required Education\: Associate's Degree 

• Minimum Required Experience\: 3+ years of strong technical recruiting experience.

• Ability to effectively research and gather data to optimize resources and recommends/implements solutions.

• Presents organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience. 

• Excellent communication skills to partner and deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization.

• Utilizes a variety of interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adapt to and support new work structures, processes, or cultures.

• Demonstrates follow-up skills.

• Prioritizes regular workload, special tasks, and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frames.

• Self-motivated. 

• Team-oriented. Consults with Team members and management as needed to complete assigned responsibilities.

• Establishes and maintains effective, collaborative work relationships both internally and externally.

• Maintains strict confidentiality.

• Strong fluency with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrates ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel; create queries in company software applications.

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support a key client's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have the drive to understand talent, build strong stakeholder partnerships, and connect skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. Leveraging strong communication, organizational, and technology skills, this individual will manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences, and serve as a trusted talent advisor throughout the hiring process.

 

• Responsible for daily operations and support of hiring managers and suppliers in all stages of the requisition process (requisition to invoicing) to ensure successful fulfillment of contingent workforce requirements. 

• For assigned job categories/skill sets, consult and assist hiring managers in the approach and identification of quality resources promptly while managing cost controls and compliance with program processes. 

• Build and optimize external supplier relationships to drive supplier performance and ensure adherence to program processes and contractual obligations. 

• Communicate opportunities for continuous improvement, issues and risks to leadership.

• Assist with supplier performance reviews/assessments and program reporting.

• Other duties/projects as assigned.
