VOSS Victim Notification Analyst

The VOSS Victim Notification Analyst supports the Victim Outreach Strategy and Support (VOSS) program by leading case coordination and developing outreach and notification strategies for FBI investigations. This role requires the ability to manage large datasets, communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, and problem-solve independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Top-Secret clearance is required.

Location: FBI Headquarters, Washington, DC

Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead case coordination calls with internal and external stakeholders (field offices, FBI Headquarters, DOJ personnel, etc.) to develop outreach and notification strategy for FBI investigations
  


• Effectively deliver presentations, briefings, and case notification strategies to internal and external stakeholders
  


• Manage large data sets utilizing data exploitation tactics and industry standards to create victim lists and other outreach products
  


• Independently lead engagement with case teams to develop outreach and notification strategies, offering creative and flexible solutions to large case strategy plans
  


• Develop and maintain SOPs of duties and/or program processes with oversight by the VOSS program manager
  


• Create, update, and maintain case information in the SharePoint Case Management System and in Sentinel
  


• Provide daily closeout reports to the VOSS program manager for all cases meeting the current closeout threshold
  


• Provide coverage to other regional VOSS analysts to cover gaps in cases and personnel coverage
  


• Provide daily strategic, administrative, and analytical support to the VOSS program manager
  


• Become a subject matter expert (SME) for the VNS platform and Sentinel in relation to Victim Notification, AG Guidelines, and VSD Policy

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required


• Active Top Secret security clearance
  


• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (four years of relevant professional experience may substitute)
  


• Minimum of two years of experience in a professional work environment
  


• One year of experience using MS Word and MS Outlook
  


• One year of experience using MS Excel, including spreadsheet creation, data entry/auto-fill, sorting/filtering/freezing panes, worksheet management, Text-to-Columns, and the Concatenate function
  


• One year of experience using MS SharePoint in a professional work environment


• Program and project management experience


• Ability to coordinate, facilitate, and lead meetings and conference calls with internal and external customers


• Experience creating and giving formal presentations


• Ability to work effectively with others and strong interpersonal skills


• Ability to utilize critical thinking skills to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight

Preferred:

• Experience and proficiency building and updating Microsoft SharePoint sites in a professional work environment


• Prior experience supporting federal law enforcement, victim services, or a comparable case-management environment

Salary range: $70,000 - 80,000 annually

The salary range for this position represents the anticipated hiring range. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and potential contract funding.
