FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITES

          Leadership and Team Management:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the regional branch leaders and location leaders.


• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of profit center managers.


• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  Operational Excellence:


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of 40+ branch locations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.


• Implement best practices in facility maintenance, operations, and inventory management.


• Drive initiatives to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  Customer Service:


• Uphold and strengthen the company's commitment to exceptional customer service.


• Collaborate with the regional branch leaders to implement customer-centric strategies.


• Address customer concerns and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  Technical Product Knowledge:


• Possess and promote deep technical knowledge of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning products.


• Support the team in product application, installation, and troubleshooting.


• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
  Profitability and Financial Management:


• Work closely with regional branch leaders to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.


• Analyze financial reports and market trends to make informed business decisions.


• Implement cost-effective measures to optimize branch performance.


• Play a critical role in establishing annual goals and financial targets for the branches.
  Operational KPI Oversight:


• Monitor critical operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including:


• Open Orders: Ensure efficient order processing and timely fulfillment.


• Returned Goods: Implement strategies to minimize returns and streamline the return process.


• A/R Quality: Oversee accounts receivable quality, optimizing cash flow and minimizing bad debt.


• Inventory Accuracy: Implement measures to maintain accurate and efficient inventory levels.


• Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  Training and Education:


• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all branch employees.


• Ensure that branch employees across all levels have access to ongoing education and skill development opportunities.


• Collaborate with HR to design training modules that enhance technical knowledge, customer service skills, and leadership capabilities. Qualifying Acquisition Targets:


• Work closely with executive leadership to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets.


• Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, financial performance, and strategic fit.


• Provide insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making on acquisitions.
  Integration of Acquisitions:


• Lead the integration process for acquired entities, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes, systems, and cultures.


• Implement strategies to maximize synergies and achieve operational efficiencies.
