Job Description - VP, IT Ecommerce

Create the strategic roadmap and broad technology agenda to help Neiman Marcus build leading-edge omni channel initiatives, while recognizing the realities and constraints of the business.

Provide exceptional customer service to both internal clients as well as introducing new technologies to enhance the customer experience. Provide innovative solutions to deliver the e-commerce aggressive growth plans. Lead ongoing and new developments in relation to the e-commerce business.

Identify, evaluate, select and prioritize new and emerging technologies that can be assimilated within the company to improve the customer experience, work processes, competitiveness and position the company for rapid growth.

Calibrate the capabilities of the existing team and assess the need for change in the content of the company’s current and future plans. Be an effective mentor and motivate a team.
