VP/Director North America BD

About the Role:

We are a global leader in sustainable lifecycle solutions and circular economy for technology products, serving Fortune 500 clients. We are launching our North American market entry and seeking a driven VP/Director to lead our business development efforts.

This is a 0-to-1, high-impact role to build our US presence, focusing on the rapidly growing AI server and cloud infrastructure market. You will operate remotely within the US initially, building a local team and shaping our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead market entry and strategic planning for the US region.

Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with hyperscalers, data center operators, and enterprise tech clients.

Leverage your network to build relationships with key decision-makers in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sustainability/Compliance, or R&D.

Act as the bridge between the US market and global HQ, aligning resources and strategy.

We are looking for a candidate with:

10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.

Fortune 500 company background within the IT/Technology sector.

Deep experience and contacts within Supply Chain, Procurement, Sustainability/Compliance, R&D, or as a sales lead at a top-tier OEM/foundry (e.g., Foxconn).

A proven ability to navigate complex enterprise procurement cycles and close large deals.

Demonstrated passion for the environmental sustainability industry (e.g., green supply chain, circular economy, ESG compliance).

Strong preference for US-born citizens who are deeply embedded in the US corporate culture.

Location: US-based, fully remote (initial phase).

Competitive base salary + performance bonus (OTE ~$240k - $360k+).
