What You’ll Do

  Use CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) practices to foster meaningful interactions.

  Plan and lead activities that promote academic and social-emotional growth.

  Ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment with structured daily routines.

  Partner with families and mentor junior team members to support every child’s journey.
