Wallwork Truck Center Corporate Maintenance

Wallwork Truck Center is currently hiring for a Corporate Maintenance position to join our team. The Maintenance position performs general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in maintaining building, adjacent walks and grounds, and equipment in clean, orderly and functional condition. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. $23-$26/hr

QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)

Education and/or years’ experience required:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.


• General understanding of building grounds and cleaning standards.

Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable):

• No supervisory responsibilities required with this position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES

• Preforms work according to standard procedure and by buildings operational standard.


• Point of contact for renters at Corporate and Advanced Autobody.


• Full lawn care services.


• Snow removal.


• Small remodeling projects such as changing carpet, painting,


• Participate in general cleaning painting, and repair work as needed.


• Performs general routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets and sinks, fixing small water leaks, and leaking faucets as needed.


• Performs general routine electric repairs such as changing light bulbs or fluorescent bulbs, and assists in repairing ballast and light fixtures as needed.


• Uses power equipment such as pressure washer, snow blower, power hand tools, and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds, walkways and parking areas.


• Perform preventative maintenance in and around facility.

• Completes vehicle safety checks per Company policy and operates the vehicle within safety guidelines; immediately reports any safety concerns or Company Policy violations to management.


• Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.


• Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.


• Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
